ELW Global offers trailer mounted field kitchens powered by either standard propane gas (LPG) or clean burning diesel. Configurations are available to feed between 100 and 350 people. Combinations of ovens, pressure cookers and griddles are built on to a robust Trukka trailer for easy and safe movement in harsh, off road conditions.
The steps and uprights of the field kitchen are hinged in such a way as to fold in to the body of the trailer with an extraction unit built over the unit to remove all fumes while the canvas is in place. The awning, supported by the hood and side supports, completely enclose the trailer area. The hood is retracted while in transit.
Static field kitchens are built to customer specification and can be accommodated in tents, containers and prefabricated buildings.
